Play.
What do you do when you want to create a distraction? Clearly
you ask Improv to cook some K-10, also known to some as Blood of
Kali, and give it away at a concert you decided to throw in the
Squatters’ Mall. Clearly sending people into a homicidal rage
during a Goblin Punk concert at which various rival gangs are
attending is a good thing to do before detonating explosives and
committing multiple robberies, right? Uh, anybody? Right?
