Hello and welcome back to the Fourth Estate Militia Actual Play. 
 
TAR has returned and with him comes Juliet’s ever so sweet, ever so loving desire for world peace. The fledgling Runners update their plan of attack and by update I mean they actually decide to come up with a plan more complicated than "Improv make go Boom".
